1. Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are printed-on-demand or custom-created when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

with:
Order number
Description of issue
Photos of item & packaging
We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Most orders begin processing immediately.
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 2 hours of placing it.
If production has already started, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
Item arrives damaged or misprinted
Wrong item shipped
Order is canceled before processing begins
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
6. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
